The Biology material on this page is part of The OCR "Gateway Science" course The Biology part of the course is split into six modules (B1 to B6) Unit B1 (Understanding ourselves) and B2(Understanding our environment) are studied by all students Unit B3 (Living and Growing) and B4 (Its a Greenworld) are studeied (in addition to B1 and B2)by Double And triple students Unit B5 (Living Body) and B6 (Beyond the microscope) are student by triple science students (in addition to B1 B2 B3 and B4) Single Science students study B1 in Year 10 Then B2 in Year 11 Double Award students study B1 and B2 in Year 10 Then B3 and B4 in Year 11 Triple science students Study B1 B2 and B3 in Year 10 Then B4 B5 and B6 in year 11 Each module has an exam as well as practical assessments which include:
